HANOI E CENTRAL LUXURY HOTEL & RESTAURANT, Hanoi – A Smart Stay in the City

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were not only good-sized and spotless but also filled with little luxurious extras like bathrobes and a choice of pillows. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights. The only slight downside was that the rooms were a bit small, although they were still very comfortable and nice.

The hotel was a wonderful and clean place to return to after a busy day in Hanoi, with very comfortable beds. However, the outdated shower cabinets need replacing, and the lack of blackout curtains was a downside. The complimentary water and fruits were a nice touch.

The exceptional kindness of the staff was the biggest treasure of the hotel, making us feel like their uncles or aunts always ready to assist. The location was great, steps away from the lake and surrounded by a plethora of dining options in the lively Old Quarter, perfect for those wanting to immerse in the bustling atmosphere of Hanoi. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the sister hotels' wonderful restaurants, although the grilled Teppanyaki fish was just okay.
